Our story

Floia Bistro Cafe began with a simple dream: to create a community hub where delicious food and exceptional coffee meet a warm, inviting atmosphere. Located in the heart of Cebu, we've poured our passion into every detail, from sourcing the finest beans to baking our pastries fresh daily. It's more than just a cafe; it's a place to connect, relax, and savor life's simple pleasures.

SunRice Bowls (A choice of meat: Chicken, Beef, Fish) - $12.00

Scrambled eggs, pickled vegetables and a choice of protein paired with fried rice.

Personal Pizza ( Hawaiian, Four cheese, Pepperoni) - $10.50

Savory pan pizza with a choice of topping with option of marinara, alfredo or bbq sauce. 

Fruit parfait - $6.50

Layers of Greek yogurt, fresh berries, and granola. Add Honey for an extra kick.
